Organizational Leadership Project

My Capstone Project for the Organizational Leadership Masters Program is a guidebook for first-time managers and leaders of global teams. A global team is when you and your team members are from two or more different nations or ethnicities. Managing a team in today's workplace already has its challenges, but when you add in the complexity of cultural dynamics, you can be sure you need to take a deeper look at how to be successful.
